Return of Reckoning

I've searched in the forums and nothing came up for it, but it's a separate stat than "critical hit chance" - at least on the items. I don't have an item with "critical hit rating" on it yet, so I don't know if it is just another way of saying Crit hit chance or not.

Does it just give more crit chance OR does it increase something else about crits? Thanks!!

It increases crit chance for both melee and healing. So 2 critical hit chance, gives 2 melee crit and 2 healing crit

So basically, if you have CRIT HIT RATING then you get CRIT HIT CHANCE for BOTH healing and damage? Sounds good for certain classes/specs.
