im not sure how hindering peoples leveling, people who cant take part in cities, is 'negligable'. The only thing levelers can do while a city is on is SC's and a chunk of xp is taken away if they cant hand in the quests. If its easy to add the npc to the city WC the help it gives levelers is quite significant.

So lose RvR and get punished by taking away SC rewards? Is that your take on the punishment side if things? That makes sense to you?

it make sense that by playing sc you dont help your realm to stop the opponent realm attack to YOUR city. Frankly this game need more realm pride, sadly it is quite impossible now.
And make scs count somehow for campaign progression

I would really love it if people had more "realm pride" but as long as people play both destro and order that won't happen.

There is nothing to be proud of, when you look around in rvr and sc. Realm pride is for hopeless reality deniers.
