Return of Reckoning

Creating 4 polls (poll only admit 10 choices maximum) class-based to see which classes people like the most, and specially, if u have the time, fill a couple lines to say why, maybe even for aesthetic of the class , or pure roleplay, i do that for somes, and/or your playstyle.

Help other people start your favorite class with a bit of your experience. Sell us the idea of playing them!

I voted for the Sword Master. Maybe here in t1 it doesnt show its colours, but later it love that is a tank that use a lot of magic to support. With a skilled SM in ur team u have 1/2 DPS, 1/2 tank and 1/2 healer at the cost of one tank, and also I DAMN LOVE the aesthetic of the armours from t2 up to t4

It's spelled Swordmaster, not Sword Master.

Otherwise, it's Blazers that wins.

Swordmaster, ofc. Tbh, I'd like it more if it were a pair of Blackguard and had its mechanics. Self heal and bubble on demand not only make sense on a SM, but would be nice as fk on it.

Anyhow, a tanky DPS(or DPS tank whatever) + a favourite faction, how could I not like it?

SM obviously, my first character to 40 I was able to excel at laying down the damage in scenarios and ORvR. Would get shitty at teammates who wouldn't pull their weight and beat my damage numbers

Yeah, SMs are SUPPOSED to be more DPS than they actually were. But, alongside their pair class, the BO, they had the highest potential for damage. There is no doubt about that!

Swordmaster; Tanky DPS that does not need to invest in both Strength and Weaponskill in order to deal decent damage (thus leaving room to invest in a defensive stat). Also a good counter against destro melee trains due too high evasive stats (e.g. Eagle's Flight). I agree once they get rid of the leather and get heavy scale armor they have some of the coolest looking armor sets around!

Loving the chosen atm.. never played one on release but with Twister and guard mods I'm having a blast!

I cant personally speak for SM's but bo's i know enough to say that the class is very lack luster and falls off heavily geting 4k crits and crap like that guy from the Shut Yer Face vids is done if only if you go full "glass cannon" furthermore he was a rr 100 with full glpyhs and all that jazz taking on non equally geared opponents

but every one one ooh and ahs over those "big numbers" my brother pointed out in an other post a few days ago that systematically proved at that what ever bo's brign to the table the other 2 factions can bring better versions of, similarly the same applies to sm's what ever they can do KOBS and IB can do better
