I tried a translator to understand it, and I think I've got the gist of it.

Make sure your torrent is no longer seeding the file. And also make sure the game / files are closed.

Right click your main directory folder and untick 'Read-Only' and let me know if this helps.

i have no torrent seeding and my Directory Folder is not read only.

but it doent work

Sounds similar to another thread currently live.

However:

Quick troubleshooting tips:

- Make sure your torrent is no longer seeding.
- Move the directory out of the Downloads folder and into your main drive.
- Run as Administrator.
- Clear the cache.
- Make sure the RoRLauncher is in the same folder as all your other files.
- Right click the full directory and untick 'Read Only'.

If you've tried the above, and still no use, try using a VPN to see if that helps.
