Return of Reckoning

Hi!
Im looking for an addon to create simple transparent black fields for my ui for an optic style point of view.
i found two screenshots of things im looking for

Basically to customize the ui more, the second one on the bottom, the black fields wich look like extendet chat windows, thats what im looking for

Warboard has it as well, the black transparrent bar behind all the data the addon is showing

I have an old one called Xpanels. You can play around in Photoshop to create new skins. I dont have the original ones so Im stuck with my old.
