Is there a list of good places to farm the various 1,000 kill Bestial Token achievements?

You would be better off downloading tome titan and going after the beast token entries that require much less effort.

Yeah. I know about the easier options. I was wondering if anyone had gone beyond those and figured out good places to farm the 1,000 kills, since I imagine it wouldn't take that long if you found a 1-20ish PQ or camp.
