Return of Reckoning

Hi! I have tried RoR server quite a while ago (couple years?) and it was working great, not giving me any errors of some sort.
I have reinstalled the game 2 days ago:
disabled torrent, moved to a different folder, installed dx9 (provided with the game), disable read-only, run as admin, 64 bit client - I read the instructions, but from time to time (usually during scenarios) my screen turns mono colored (grey, whatever) and i still can hear some sound, but eventually they die. I cannot kill process, as OS becomes unresponsive, so only option is to hard reset. Sometimes it happens within 10-20 mins, sometimes within 1h+.
My specs: i7-6700k, 16gb ram, radeon rx480 (drivers 20.1.3), Windows 10 OS build 18363.
Is there any workaround? I would appreciate any help, TY!

Are you running any addons like Reshade?

What's your screen resolution / monitor like? I know people with large monitors / stretched resolutions are having some problems.

Full HD 1980/x1080

Remove WSCT addon, it lowers your framerate, also review this post in regards to help with increasing performance.
