Proposal: Invader gear requirement for wearing Sovereign is removed at rr80.
Rationale: Reaching rr80 takes serious time and effort. You've climbed the top of the mountain and your name is flaunted in all chat channels across the globe to bellow this achievement. Being unrestricted by gear requirement at this point only corresponds with your feat of accomplishment.
Further note:
-Risk of exploiting this reward is zero.
-It would only benefit the selective players who have attained highest rank in the game.
-It would balance the awkward situation with rr80+ players stuck in limbo with their gear progression.
-If you are Papa Smurf, you should be treated like Papa Smurf.
