No crests after city

Heya, destro won all 3 stages of IC 5 today, but we haven't received crests for third stage, also there was no rolls after third stage. Can this be fixed somehow?
I think I was part of this warband. We managed to kill them extremely fast in the third stage, with no real competition which makes me think potentially the system didn't feel we contributed enough to the round.
Regardless, we won the stage and killed their champions & lord so I do think this was a bug.
