Return of Reckoning

When I try to log my characters (both destruction and order) the game simply took me back to the char selection page.
I tried with character in different places (Altdorf, IC, Avelorn...) but keep getting that problem.
Help pls

When you're on the login screen, try typing /stuck enter, /stuck enter twice (as if you're typing into the chat console).
