Return of Reckoning

I do apologies for hassling you guys but I'm not much of a tech person. I've downloaded the game and followed the instruction to the best of my ability and had the following error message pop up and can't seem to troubleshoot it on my end

I've deleted the user at C: section as I don't want to accidentally dox myself for what it's worth. Thank you for your time and avoid Nurgle right now.

Try running the launcher as Administrator (if you haven't already), open and close the launcher a few times as you may need to download more files once you have the main game downloaded let me know how you get on

Have you stopped the torrent from seeding? And ran the program as Administrator?

No I automatically assumed it would do that and I also assumed I had DX9 but not too sure I'll need to double check and possibly download it.

I think I know what's wrong I didn't open it with DX9 because it's not installed on my laptop and I can't install it because I'm running windows 10 so that's weird.
