Character missing

Good afternoon. Yesterday I visited one of my alt (Propellerhead) for a short while. Then he continued to play the main (Longsky). Today Propellerhead has disappeared from the lobby. In the guild profile, the last entry states that the character left the guild on April 1, 22:46:14. However, the character is displayed in the armory. Has the same rr and all armor.

Did you log onto the correct account? Accidentally delete him?

I have only one. Its not possible to do it accidentally.

You should probably contact a GM in this instance, it's not necessarily something support via the forums could really help with, if it's DB related.
You can PM the staff through the forums, in-game or through Discord.
