I'm new to the game and when I tried to register I received no e-mail to register my account.
Is this normal ? I've seen that my e-mail adress was correct but still receive nothing.

If you have access to the forums, you'll have access to the game. Use the same credentials to login. If you still have problems, lemme know.

I tried and download DirectX but when I download Torrent it says that it needs an app to work

Have you read through this thread on installing the game, including DirectX9?

Yes I've download Tixati and now it is downloading the game I think
