Return of Reckoning

hello for some reason my knight, Orcquest and chosen, Pushem specifically seem to be unplayable, abilities wont go off on friendlies/enemies until i switch targets, i cant zone into scenarios, and i have to click npc options multiple times before windows pop up. my dps characters dont seem to have any problems.

i tried deleting cache folders and disabling all addons, but it started again after grinding some mobs. heres my addons if anything can help thanks in advance https://i.imgur.com/AWnhcEG.png
