Return of Reckoning

Hello, first sorry for my english, i'm french ..

I tried to find the same problem in others discussion but didn't find it.

So my friend downloaded the game and played like 3 days in a row without any problem. But now when he connect to his account, the game start and only the cinematic, credits, options and quit button appear, then, few seconds later the game crash and a message appear saying : "authentification failed, application will now terminate".

We tried to connect my account on his computer but the same thing happened.

Sounds like his computer / firewall is stopping connection to the authentication server for whatever reason. It's also likely the auth server was down when you tried to connect.

Is it working now, or?

Try disabling your firewall and connecting.

Worth checking anti virus program and see if it false positive flagged the game
Add the game to antivirus exception and then restart
