Return of Reckoning

I'm level 15, Magus. I've put 3 points into the Havoc tree. Should I not have the Fiery Winds tactic available? It's not showing up in my abilities list anywhere. I tried reloging already, didn't help.

You need to spend an extra mastery point for the tactic, so you cant till rank 17

You have to put another point into the tactic itself. It'll be surrounded by a yellow border when you do.

Ok, thanks. They should really change how the tree looks so it doesn't look like you should have the tactic when you still need more points.
