Return of Reckoning

Just a suggestion and not even sure if it's possible.

Item description: Gives x amount of renown on use.
How would it be obtained? Possibly in a gold bag from T4 zone locks, city bags, or even bought with x amount of medallions or emblems.

Isn't this basically what zone locks etc are? Just imagine they were renown pots that were automatically drunk as soon as you received them =D
