Return of Reckoning

i ve several characters on one and only account and have no problem with logging them, but i cant log my main character Ithappens. after i press play a blue(black) screen with game buttons appears and the text in a window Locating battles... searching for allies... the problem is only on Ithappens. before that i was in IC waiting for fort. in one moment all allies and npcs around disappeared. then miracle grow remix stopped to show progress. i still saw chat messages in real time. i tried to relog and got this problem. i tried 10+ times. nothing changed.
what? why? pls help!
