Error on Launcher Startup - Can't find answers on the internet!

I keep getting this error:

Can't find answers online and I believe I followed the Read Me Instructions correctly. Anyone know the fix/answer?

Looks like you forgot to remove the write protect from the game directory and subdirectories
That or check torrent is turned off
