Loading error (TargetInvocationException)

Hello,
Friend is getting an error when he loads the. I have researched the topic and seen people getting same errors with different wording in the error. Just before the error happened he had been stuck on a rock and it would not all him to port or use /stuck to get off it. He closed the application and then the error started. He has tried to reinstall the game twice (worked fine for him for several days). Would like any help or ideas you have. Thanks!
