Return of Reckoning

I put a point into a mastery tree and clicked "Train".

Next time I log in, it doesn't show any points where I put them. So I redo it, making sure again to click "Train" after.

I log in the next day, gain more Renown level & another Mastery point, go to a trainer to spend it, and once again, it shows 0 points spent. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a common bug?

I also cannot train. When I click on train, it gives me an error: "You have exceeded your maximum allowed." However, I can't even assign a single point or all of my points.

definitely not normal. If you get it to take, try logging out right away. They maybe having short roll backs. I noticed today that I had a small roll back while in DW. (hit RR70 last night, then again this morning after crashing)
