Scenarios Quest NPC Altdorf

Possible to make more NPC somewhere ? i mean FPS drop is unreal at peak time in that spot
We've responded to this request several times.
That NPC is in the city as a gathering spot for other players who want to consecutively run scenarios. If you find people standing around there, feel free to engage them to create better groups and improve your chances of winning. It also serves to prevent groups of players shifting numbers in RvR. If you choose to roam the lakes while you queue, then you'll need to drop off the quest during breaks from the action.
