Return of Reckoning

Before I level out of T1, I want to get the RvR trophies b/c I think I won't be able to return to get them (chicken mode!). How many trophies are there, and what quests give them? Should I just pick up all the RvR quests and do them, will that cover me? If so I think I need to find that 75% reduction potion so I don't level out.

There's a scroll in elf t1, near the Shard of Grief.

SO is there just 1 trophy in each T1 rvr zone?
