Quest "The Essence of the Fallen"

Hi,
i want both rings of this Jewellery Set.

Strife is easy to get, but Torment is a bit harder.
The Problem is i cant start the Quest 'The Essence of the Fallen' from Disciple Rageborn inside the Lyceum.
My Char is lvl 35 and i allready wear the other ring.
