Chosen tank damage assist

Hello
Sorry for my bad english
The point of the topic is to ask you guys if a tanky chosen with good damage assist is viable
Here is the talent tree : RoR.builders - Chosen
or this one with discordant turbulance : RoR.builders - Chosen
The point is to keep guard and block / build defensive stuff with force talisman or offensive stuff with def talisman /
And doing reasonable damage and debuff to assist main dps and being more aggressive.
