Low Tier rvr?

So is it normal to have lvl 40s in Tier 1 rvr.....getting sick and tired of getting steamrolled.....
Oh thank god.....idk why they thought this was a good idea.....sure they make the numbers the same as tier one.....but they still have all their abilities and talents lol.....where as lvl 15s have maybe half lol?madmalky2014 wrote: Sun Mar 15, 2020 9:31 pm No this is because of the debolster event which wont be active tommorow.
