step three and five missing from the download page

i have already download from the torrents however step three is missing so i do not have the launcher not for sure what was in step five but it is missing also.

Someone let an Orc do the counting, the numbers have been missing for a while.
The RORlauncher should already be in the folder that you downloaded.
