I used to play many years ago, it still says my char-names are still in use, is there any way to get my old account back?

I am having the same issue. Is there no way to get them back? My last pc died and this is a new one so no saved character data on it.
No search data on forum about that either and not in stickies. js

I do have a new PC - and when i play'd back long ago,the game changed and i play'd diff-games, i came back cause THIS is the war Hammer i new, not sure if they deleted all the old accounts, but it says my char-names are still in use?? not sure how that is possible.I would sure like to get that old account back.

The account is completely wiped so if you have an old name give it a try it might not have been used yet.

I played on this server less than a year ago... just don't have the same computer. Are character files not saved on server?
