No rewards for fort

Hey guys.
Me and a friend of mine were not getting anything from forts this night. Not a single renown point and no medalions. It happened 2 times in a row, we had reservations, were fighting inside the fort the entire time and got nothing like we were not even there... not even a roll for bags or a single medalion.
