Return of Reckoning

I got VinyUI and I love it and so far most of the stuff I found out how to set and fix. But one of these Addons I think a target one is one and its a huge eye sore for me its in the healer preset I believe

its RV_mod, type /rv and go into Frames or something like it, u can edit it there
