Return of Reckoning

Hey everyone, currently playing and having fun past few days. Only gotten two character to about level 13. I am just a little confused on what the expected route of progression. Do I level in tier 1 RVR until I am 16 then go to Tier 2 till I am a certain level, then tier 3? What I have noticed so far is that their is a constant zerg vs zerg battle in Nordland that consistently has tons of players. However, when I try to venture elsewhere, it seems like everywhere else is almost abandoned. I am not sure where to go or what to do aside from queing for scenarios or doing some PvE quests. Am I just looking in the wrong places? Where do I find out where else to RvR?

A couple other questions I have not gotten answered in game:

When you capture/lock a zone, how long does it last?

If you're T1 can you participate in higher tier WBs and be bolstered, or are you stuck to participating in the tier associated with your level?

I assume for scenarios you can only group with people in your tier (1-16), (16-39) ect.?

1. It's best to stay in Tier 1 RvR until you are lvl 16 and transformed into a chicken.
2. Find where to RvR by typing .rvr in the chat. It displays all the current areas being fought over
3. Those empty areas are either PvE only areas or locked zones
4. T1 locked zones last until the open T1 zone is won, and thus locked.
5. You can go to any zone you wish, you'll just be ineffective to help as your low level, you haven't unlocked many abilities yet and don't have high enough gear.
