So servers were brought down today, does the game fully reinstall after each patch or what ?
Im still downloading the patch after maintenance..................

No the game should not fully redownload after a patch. It sounds like the launcher is unable to access the files and has determined that it needs to download them all again. Either it's in the wrong folder, the folder has not had the Read-Only flag removed, or the torrent is using the files again.

its been redownloading it everytime I log in, I do remove the read only flag.
Its still downloading as we speak .

yep still had the file sitting in the torrent queue, removed it and am now back and running, Thanks
