Return of Reckoning

Hello,

I recently Created an account and activated it, I have played on the account and have a toon almost out of teir1. I go to log into the account and it says "not active"
I tried going back to the email and hitting activate and it says "you have already activated your account", i log in on the website and log in fine, i go to log into the server and still "not active"

Help please

Activated. One of the rare times that a new player will need manual activation. I appreciate the screenshot so others can see what it looks like.
