Return of Reckoning

So I often do too much pre-study when starting an MMO around what classes are needed, what has a high learning curve, etc. This time I just wanted to do a cursory high level assessment and choose more with my eyes and the personal lore. This has lead me to a Brotherhood IB SnB or Path of Hoeth SnB SM. In trying to decide, I was wondering what kind of limitations or unique strengths each has as far as what I will encounter in-game? Thanks for any input.
