Critical Problem. Game starts but then...

Hello there.
I installed everything correctly. I created a Character but soon after I logged in the Game freezes and nothing works anymore. Sometimes theres a Message like: "Authentification failed". But thats rare. Most of the time it freezes. I cant run even 2 m.

Yes I did. And everything was fine until I tryed to play with my Charakter.

I wouldnt worry too much as the server has crashed twice already today. The problem may well not be your fault but server instability replying as it has just happened again.

Yeah when I logged in it loads I see everything and then it makes a cracking sound and the game Shuts down...

I am also getting the crackling sound into crash issue.
I have been changing video settings around to test if I can fix it, but so far no progress.
Edit: Found this.
