Can't open bag/join SC

Was wondering if anyone could help, recently downloaded ROR after playing on live a long time ago and for some reason I cannot open my bag or join the scenario queue by either clicking on the icon or using the keyboard shortcut? any help would be great.

Hi and Welcome!
1. Close the game
2. Close the launcher
3. Open the launcher again, it will download some missing files
4. Everything should work now
Report back if it worked and have fun in the game!
