Russian screenshots aren't going to help. I need American screenshots pls.

Looks to me like this is the character window bug, where the stats for crit % is not displaying properly (and it also displays wrong on the statdoll addons). You will need to confirm the bug using the command .getstats and grabbing screenshots of it there before reporting it on the bugtracker.

Not broken.
