Trouble with RoR Launcher Location

Hi
I'm sorry if this has been asked before - I did look through previous posts but couldn't see it anywhere. I can not locate the files that have downloaded today using the Launcher Install. It took most of the day to download - realised afterwards should have used Torrent - but I was able to play the game for about 20 minutes all okay. When suddenly had a glitch and went off and now I can not find where the launcher is as it do not create a shortcut on my desktop. I have tried searching through my C drive but can not seem to find any files for it - which can not be right as I have already been playing the game.
Any help appreciated - assuming it does not put it on a separately named folder for the private server part - like a Steam folder etc.
