Warlord tank set last bonus

For tanks, warlord last set bonus detaunts but it doesnt specify how much damage this detaunt reduces. For example shaman detaunt tactic reduce %25 unlike normal detaunt. How much damage does this set bonus reduce?

I heard on Zarbix' stream from the devs that many set bonuses are not final, so let's see how it all looks when the stats are final.
Im also interested what the sorcerer ability 'true dhar' for 8 piece bonus does, but found no clue so far

Increases size of your AoE abilities iirc
