Just installed the game and it crashes in game in the starting zone, the sound is played fragmented (and it crashes to desktop without any error message).
Tried turning all sounds/music off and it does not help.
This happened on a previous laptop so I would presume my spec is not important atm.
Have a character level 4 so I did like 1-2 scenarios with it.

Current spec is (if needed): i7, 1060ti, Win10 64, laptop.

Another update: the lvl 4 (all are order) works fine, did 1-2 quests and 2 scenarios. The level 1, dwarf gunner, crashes still. Think it's like a sound played only in the very part of the starting zone?

Have you followed all steps in the installation setup? Looks like a bad configuration issue, like having part of your game folder as Read Only.

Yes, I think I did. Made a Chaos Chosen and there's no issues

That issue seems to come and go. Had it a bit on the chosen, now im rank 7, so not sure what triggers it.
Might reinstall the game next week. For now it's fine, did some area quests ^^

I just realized I don't even know where the game is installed. Can't find it on the hdd. Not sure how I could reinstall it.

So apparently it was "installed" in downloads. Deleted everything and getting the torrent now. Install that and then run the launcher

Yeah, having the same issue. I get a random squelch and then the game just shuts down.
I dragged everything out of the download into its own folder, get a bit further but it just gives me an short chaotic scream then dies. I am really leary in having to reinstall because it took me five freaking days to get it all downloaded. x.x
Maaaaan, I was there when they shut the servers down, and I've been inching to pimp-slap me some black orcs with me Ironbreaker. Or heal with my Warrior Priest's Hammer. Or accuse people of Heresy when I leap from the Shadows with my Witch Hunter...
