is there a way to download an up to date game, its taking more than a day to download the client update

Try the torrent file instead:

utorrent is a very decent torrent program. The free version just means some advertising in the corner of the program, so not a big deal:

tixati.com is a technically superior torrent client with no advertisements at all.
