Return of Reckoning

Hello there. I've been having several issues with downloading and installing, and then with the launcher, but the tech support sticky solved all of them. But then got this error log when starting the launcher:

Any ideas?

Check torrent is not still using the download as a seed.
Stop the torrent from uploading and turn it off , this could be the issue
