What is your default heal crit chance?

Testing on dok with zero heal crit (items removed, renown retrained), I was still getting some heal crits. Who knows what is your actual default heal crit chance?

Base heal crit is 10% afaik.

If so, shouldn't it show up in .getstats? Always thought it displays your "true" server side stats.

simple test : make lvl1 healer, do some healing, healcrits happens while you have 0% in stats, gear and rr points
also Secrets confirmed about 10% in chat, but maybe there something else
it's not in stat cos i think it's applied later, like
