[DOK] Armour penetration

A couple questions about armour penetration relevant to DPS dok builds.

1. I heard the armour penetration from weapon skill caps at 75%, is that correct?
2. If yes, Does armour penetration from items stack with this or is it capped at 75% still?
3. If yes, does Drowning in Blood stack with this or cap at 75%?

I am wondering the best way to balance stats on dps dok, seems like max WS is the way to go at the moment.

The moment 75% armor pen dok runs into toughness/anticrit toon, or into kiter, or just into any slayer, is always amusing.

maybe 850 WS with talis and renown into it. With 6 Bloodlord and 3 Beastlord ofc

The more important question though, is why. Not to mention that that build is useless vs toughness/anticrit build (extra fun part- no crits=no aa haste for glass cannon dok, and no heal debuff for that matter).

Maybe no point going that high. But dok have decent crit without using renown, around 20-25%

Maybe no point going that high. But dok have decent crit without using renown, around 20-25%
On my dok I run with FS3, extra -6% to be crit from items, and 273 init. Since devs specifically stated that negative crit works, it puts me at -10% or so be crit, turning that 20-25% to crit into 10-15%.

Now the fun part is I'm not fully anticrit tweaked- could get 2 redeye+2 vanq for another -8% to be crit, and getting FS4 in a few ranks for another -9%.

U know that U can be kiled by normal attacks ? But Rly, DoK can have SO BIG #$%#$% WS in game ?
