should i stick to scenarios or try to hunt on lakes after hitting 16 until 40???
also whats the best build and renown points to invest?

Yes. Yes. Pick one of the two knockdowns asap and the 2seconds invisibility charm, that's pretty much all. Full offensive is the norm, cause the class is way too glassy to even try a survival build, so your best defense is reducing as much as you can the time you pass in combat.
