Gold fort Bag lost

Hello,
Yesterday at night order win a def over shinning way. The sistem says i have won a gold bag, and the publics quest shoy me thar i was the 6th with more contribution.
But no one mail has come to my mailbox with that bag, i want to ask if there is there is any GM controling that o if i must forgive that gold bag from a fortress.

In some cases the bags reappear after a while or a server reboot.
But I wouldn't hope to much. If you don't get your mail, it's bad luck as Devs usually don't restore lost bags or give refunds.

Little advice.
Try to send a mail from other character. The bag will be arrived with new letter.

YEs, that work fine¡¡ THX i have now a invaders helm in my inventory ^^

Happened to me the other night to, even had a green bag I won after a gold arrive first. The gold did turn up, just a day later.

I have also issue on heavy population fort, i have roll on fort (2xx place) but not have invader reward. Im not on fort from begining.
