Trouble getting game to start

Hi,
After downloading the huge download for this update, when I try to launch the game from patcher/launcher, the game just shows a blank screen. No crash, no error message, just a blank screen. I have to close the instance via task bar. I've restarted PC and client/patcher several times. still the same result. Anyone have any ideas on what may be causing this?

any idea how to fix this? because i am having this problem too

Just blackscreen ? does the main menu music play on the background?
On Linux it happens if you havent installed d3dx9_34.dll, maybe its similar on windows. try installing directx 9 stuff? just a wild guess

I've recently downloaded the Game and got troubble launching via Launcher. The solution was to download an older graphics driver, cause the latest one from NVidia doesn't seem to support this game. It said no graphics RAM found.
I hope someone of the Mods can suggest new players to download proper drivers in order to play. This will be a general issue in the future i guess.

Ahhh Thank you! Nothing worked for me but when i read this i just downloaded some older driver and now it works! THANK YOU
