Ranked should have been restricted to 40/50+ minimum. Fresh 40 levels with random comps will just cause toxicity.

Meh, getting RR 50 is a joke now anyways so there isn’t much difference between a fresh 40 and a 50
Like there was in the past. Solo ranked just seems like for fun and like a Pug SC+ option where as the group 6v6 could be cool in the future.

One suggestion. The solo 6vs6 SC semms to be very interesting because of "10 kill mechanic", so that you cannot mindlessly jump into battle and get killed because who cares I will respawn blabla, now dying has big consequences to the whole scenario.
The suggestion is:why don't you do the same mechanic for 6vs6 premade too? The SC will be finished after 10 kills. It means your 6 group can be wiped 1 time, but wiping 2 times mean lose. And you could add 1 minute respawn timer in order to be sure to totally regroup the 6 players before going into action again.
This scenario, with two skilled premade groups which must be sure to kill and to not get killed, could open to interesting alternative strategies.

SM change Chrashing Wave:

it was always one of the strongest abilities dmgwise for an SM since live, the CC immunity got already removed, wich is fine.

The dmg tune down on the other hand is way to hard, tested on the dummies in AD its dealing way less dmg than every other single target skill the SM has (with both hits of CW combined ofc).

Dont know if thats just a test to fine-tune it or its now as its intended. Thanks to the clonky animation the dmg and CC is delayed by a sec or so, you often get CCed yourself during the animation and the skill does nothing but now even if I can get it trough it feels weak.
