Disable Autoattack?

not really
easiest is just to use ESC to clear hostile target, meaning you have no target to swing at, or switching to target is over +10ft range so it cannot be hit with AA, unless you physical rdps class.

But why would you want to disable autoattack? Don't you like to do damage?
