Return of Reckoning

Hi, I haven't played in quite a long time. So i'd understand if they were wiped , but the armory still shows that the character is still valid. I'd like to try and recover my toons if at all possible and those associated with my account. I logged in and I had 1 toon still there but everything else was gone. Any help would be appreciated.

When this particular thing happens the most likely answer is that you're logged into the wrong account. Back in the day people had all kinds of problems getting emails from us and made more than one account trying to get an activation email. Since your email is what we use to associate your characters to an account, we don't reveal/find those for people, and simply knowing the names of your characters will not help in getting your account fixed.

kind of hard to do since the memory of the computer stored my log in information . all I have to do is hit connect. I can try another login but im sure this is my only one.

btw the magus in question is the same name as my login here
